The tools

Step 1: Cut the cardboard
First make a 'puzzle' of bits of cardboard. Use pieces of different sizes to create a large square or rectangle artwork.
TIP: You can draw a rectangle or square on to a piece of paper and divide it into squares of different sizes. Use this 'template' to cut the cardboard to shape.

Step 2: Cut the wallpaper to size
Cover every piece of cardboard with wallpaper in different colours and designs. Put a piece of cardboard on to the back of a wallpaper leftover. Draw the size of the cardboard on to the paper. Cut to size, adding 10 cm on each side.

Step 3: Paste the wallpaper
Wrap the wallpaper around the cardboard. Attach with tape on the back. Then add a piece of double sided tape. You can attach each piece to the wall using this tape.
TIP: no tape on your walls? Attach your cardboard puzzle to a large piece of cardboard that you can hang on the wall like a photo frame.

Step 4: Make the puzzle
Attach the pieces of the puzzle to the wall using double sided tape, or paste them on to a large piece of cardboard that you can hang on the wall using a small hook.

Step 4 (extra image): Make the puzzle
Attach the pieces of the puzzle to the wall using double sided tape, or paste them on to a large piece of cardboard that you can hang on the wall using a small hook.
